These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Myrslok aviation-training tools at myrslok.com (the "Service"), operated by Ivar Myrberg ("Myrslok", "we", "us"). By logging in or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a private platform provided to authorised users. Accounts are created and granted access by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

The Service provides training and educational simulations only. Its scenarios, physics, flight data, phraseology, and outputs are simplified representations and may contain inaccuracies. The Service is not certified for operational use and must never be relied upon for real-world air traffic control, navigation, flight operations, or any safety-critical decision. Always defer to official procedures, certified systems, and competent authorities.
The Service may include experience points, levels, achievements, a virtual "banana" economy, boosts, and duels. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and may be adjusted, reset, or removed at any time. There is no wagering or real-money gambling.
The Service, including its software, source code, designs, text, data sets, and other content, is the proprietary property of Myrslok and is protected by copyright, database, and other laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Service as intended while authorised. See the project LICENSE for further detail.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Notice.
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features and accounts, at any time and without liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
